At Custom Glass Concepts, we’re committed to making your purchase experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, from order to arrival. We work to deliver your custom glass products quickly and economically, ensuring they reach you safely.
We review each order individually, considering the destination, weight, and size of your items. Please note that depending on your purchase and available delivery methods, your order might arrive in multiple shipments.
Custom products typically require 5 to 7 business days for fabrication before shipping.
For smaller glass, mirror, and hardware items, we primarily use FedEx for standard package delivery. For exceptionally large or heavy orders, we partner with a reliable freight service company.
Package Carrier Delivery (Smaller Items):

Custom products typically require 5 to 7 business days for fabrication before they ship.

Premade products and hardware/accessories generally leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days if they’re in stock.

We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Currently, we cannot deliver to U.S. Territories, international locations, or P.O. boxes.

Freight Delivery Service (Large & Heavy Items):
For exceptionally large or heavy glass and mirror orders that can’t be handled by standard package delivery, we offer Freight Service. This service utilizes a liftgate truck to deliver your items to the curb at the end of your driveway.
